Delicious 15-minute meal!

Wouldn’t you like to have a super-simple, healthy dinner that can be put together in minutes? The lime and black pepper oils are healthy additions for alkalizing, cleansing, and improving digestion. You’ll love the flavor! You’ll want to make these often!

Prepare all vegetables: red onions, green chili, red pepper, minced garlic, Romaine lettuce, avocado; set aside until ready to use

On cutting board, cut into strips:
2 large chicken breasts

In large skillet heat:
1 Tbs. coconut oil
Add chicken and stir-fry 2 minutes

Stir in:
1 small red onion, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
1 green chili peppers, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 red pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
Add 1 tsp salt
Stir-fry 2 more minutes then add:
3 cloves garlic, minced

In a small bowl, combine:
1 tsp. olive oil
6 drops lime or lemon essential oil
2 drops black pepper essential oil
1 drop cumin or coriander essential oil
Drizzle over meat mixture and stir together.

Meanwhile, take:
Non-GMO corn tortillas, as many as needed
Lightly brush top side with olive oil and stack
Press down to coat both sides
Place on griddle and grill both side just until tortilla firms lightly, but still soft and pliable

To eat, individually line center of open tortilla with chicken mixture; top with avocado, lettuce, and salsa or hot sauce then roll up tortillas.

For variation: use Romaine lettuce for the wraps instead of the tortillas.
