Simple, Tasty, Family Favorite!

What’s better than a tasty treat mid-afternoon? A super delicious treat that can be made in minutes, needs no baking, full of protein and nutrition, and supports good immunity! So satisfying!

In medium saucepan, combine:
2/3 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup plant-based protein powder
Combine and heat just until mixture is well blended.

Take 4-5 brown rice cakes and placed in zipper gallon size bag
With rolling pin mash to crumble well
Measure out 3 cups crumbled brown rice cakes; set aside

Into saucepan, stir in:
1/3 cup raw almond butter
6 drops wild orange essential oil
2 drops cinnamon essential oil
Stir together well, then add:
3 cups crumbled brown rice cakes
1/4 cup dry currents, raisins or other dried fruit
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Combine well.
Press into a 8″x12″ oiled glass dish; chill well
Cut into squares or bars to serve
