It’s sad that even though your HEART is your LIFE FORCE, very few take thought to strengthen their heart on a daily basis! In fact, most people completely ignore their heart and the possible results in many of their lifestyle choices which all DO INFLUENCE a healthy heart… YET people are really distraught when their heart gives out, and they wonder why!!

Why not start TODAY and strengthen your heart with these simple steps from nature!

  1. Eat fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) that are high in polyphenols – excellent for great heart health. Eat good sources of omega-3 oils: wild-caught fish such as salmon, tuna steaks, as well as flax seeds. Also eat more leafy greens, raw vegetables including broccoli and asparagus, raw nuts such as almonds and walnuts… AND OMIT processed foods that slow you down and clog your arteries!
  2. Don’t forget to exercise daily…..and that means DAILY. Yes, you do have time to go for a walk, stretch out, jump on a mini-trampoline, go to the gym – even if for only 15-20 minutes.
